Although from a non-developer background, EY has run multiple development teams on large-scale projects, translating business ideas into technical requirements. EY enjoys being a technical evangelist for the adoption of Business Application technologies by companies of all sizes, enabling and empowering digital transformation for users across the globe.

EY engages regularly with the Microsoft Business Applications community as The CRM Ninja, blogs about technical and non-technical ideas, and runs a weekly show called “The Oops Factor.” He also organizes and presents at events and is a multi-year recipient of the Microsoft MVP award.

EY enjoys playing with gadgets, traveling, and going for rides on his Ninja motorbike.
