EY engages regularly with the Microsoft Business Applications community as The CRM Ninja, blogs about technical and non-technical ideas, and speaks regularly at international conferences. He has been awarded the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) and FastTrack Recognized Solution Architect (FTRSA) awards for multiple years, as well as being an active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
